  • These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, use of our website, and services provided by AQ2O.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are over the legal age of majority in Sri Lanka.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

 

2. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and details. However, product models and specifications may change as suppliers update their offerings.

  • Some images displayed on our website may be AI-generated and are for illustration purposes only.

 

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • We use secure third-party payment gateways for transactions. We do not store or collect payment card details.

  • AQ2O reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity).

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within standard business hours.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

 

5. Refund & Returns Policy

Because water filters and cartridges are hygiene-sensitive products, our return and refund policy is strictly limited as follows:

 

5.1 Eligible Returns

  • If the product is unopened, the seal is intact, and the packaging is not damaged, we will accept a return.

    • You must notify us within 2 business days of delivery.

    • You must return/ship the product within 7 days of delivery.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the product is unopened but the seal is broken (box opened but item unused and undamaged), we will refund 90% of the product value after inspection.

    • You must notify us within 2 business days of delivery.

    • You must return/ship the product within 7 days of delivery.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the product is used or damaged, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

 

5.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aq2o.com or via our hotline. Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

6. Warranty Policy

  • A Conditional Warranty applies only to products sold via our official online store.

  • Warranty applies to filter housings for manufacturing defects, valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

  • No warranty is provided for filter refills/cartridges.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications.

  • To claim warranty service, proof of purchase is required.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AQ2O is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

 

 

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
